A Complete Curtain Package for a Multi-Room Townhouse
A recent VTP DECOR project was a complete curtain package for a multi-storey townhouse – not one type of curtain for one room, but a tailored solution for each functional space: the main bathroom, the guest bathroom, the bedroom and the living room. Projects like this show the clearest advantage of working with a supplier that offers a wide range of blinds and curtains – the homeowner doesn't need to order from several places and still gets a consistent overall style.
Main bathroom: double-layer fabric curtains around the freestanding bathtub
The freestanding bathtub area is enclosed with beige double-layer fabric curtains finished with tasselled tie-backs – creating the privacy of a mini spa, yet able to open fully to let in natural light from the large glass window when not in use. It is a popular solution for spacious, open-plan bathrooms that want to be both luxurious and flexible.
Guest bathroom: natural bamboo blinds
For the smaller, more humid guest bathroom, our team recommended natural bamboo roll-up blinds instead of fabric curtains – bringing a close-to-nature feel while limiting the mould that fabric curtains often develop in a bathroom environment.
Bedroom and living room: fabric curtains tailored to each space
The bedroom was fitted with blackout fabric curtains to control morning light and support better sleep. Meanwhile, the living room with its large glass doors facing the street was fitted with double-layer curtains – a sheer voile layer inside and an earthy brown blackout layer outside, with tasselled tie-backs matching the style of the main bathroom.
This project shows how VTP DECOR advises room by room instead of applying one curtain style to the whole house, helping homeowners optimise function while keeping a harmonious overall style.
