Zebra Blinds for the VietinBank Transaction Office – Ham Nghi, District 1

Zebra blinds installed at the VietinBank transaction office, 79A Ham Nghi, District 1

One of VTP DECOR's recent projects was the installation of zebra blinds for the transaction office of VietinBank and Vietinbank Insurance (VBI) on Ham Nghi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. It is a transaction office with large glass panels facing the street – it needs natural light for the work areas, while also controlling direct sunlight and providing a degree of privacy for customers.

Why zebra blinds for this space?

Zebra blinds combine alternating blackout and sheer fabric layers on one blind. When staff need to focus or cut afternoon glare, simply shift the two layers to switch to blackout mode; when natural light is wanted, shift them the other way so the sheer layers line up. For a transaction office that is open all day with lighting needs that change hour by hour, this flexibility is far better suited than fixed fabric curtains or single-layer roller blinds.

Installed across the entire office frontage

Our installation team fitted matching zebra blinds across the entire glass system of the transaction area, the private offices and the customer waiting lounge, ensuring the whole space is consistent in colour and style. A neutral grey tone was chosen to harmonise with VietinBank's blue brand identity as well as the existing wood and marble interior finishes.

"In a transaction office with lots of glass, the ability to adjust light flexibly matters far more than simply blocking the sun in one direction."

This is a typical example for business, office and banking clients – where VTP DECOR not only supplies products but also surveys the site and advises on blinds that suit how each type of space operates.
